We are heartbroken to share the sudden and unexpected passing of Kathy L. Garcia, beloved daughter of our dear friend and coworker, Lucy Orantes. At just 28 years old, Kathy was full of life, love, and promise. Her passing has left a deep void in the lives of all who knew her.
