Hi, my name is Katelynn, and I’m creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my family for my mom. She grew up in Woodbridge and attended Garfield High School, where she met many people and built lasting connections. She is a mother to three children: Brooke-Lynn, Kate-Lynn, and Craig. She was loved deeply by family and friends, and she loved everyone she met. She has always been very strong, even in the face of very unfortunate circumstances.

On January 20th, our lives changed when she was found unresponsive. She is currently in the hospital, facing the final stage of liver failure. She is not a candidate for a liver transplant, which means doctors no longer have curative treatment options available. At this stage, care is focused on keeping her as comfortable and peaceful as possible. While she continues to fight, we have been told she is likely facing her final days. This time is being spent surrounding her with love, dignity, and comfort.

Any funds raised will go towards funeral costs and end-of-life arrangements. If you are able to donate, we truly appreciate it. If not, sharing this fundraiser means just as much. Update: With a heavy heart, I want to share that my mom passed away on January 29, 2026 at 10:23 AM. This has been an incredibly difficult time for our family.
