Help Karmen and Ryan Underwood’s Family Rebuild After Devastating House Fire

Tonight, my sister, Karmen, and her family experienced every family’s worst nightmare. Their home was completely destroyed in a sudden fire, and with it, they lost everything—their belongings, clothing, furniture, keepsakes, and the sense of safety that comes with having a home.

What makes this loss even more heartbreaking is that this is the second time they’ve been forced to start over. Not long ago, their previous home was destroyed due to severe hurricane damage from Hurricane Helene, forcing them to relocate and rebuild their lives once already. After working so hard to get back on their feet, they are now facing another devastating loss through no fault of their own.

Thankfully, everyone made it out safely, but they now need immediate help with:

• Clothing and basic necessities

• Food and daily essentials

• Replacing household items

• Long-term rebuilding and recovery expenses
