On December 4, 2020, my friend Karleesha’s life was changed forever by the tragic and sudden passing of her only child, Sierra E Wright (25yo).

Karleesha grew up in Fairfax County, is a resident of Alexandria, VA, and is a passionate Middle School Spanish Teacher.

As a young single mom, she worked hard to provide Sierra with a good, stable and happy life. Through the trials they weathered together, their bond only got stronger!

They truly enjoyed each other’s company; traveling together, poking fun at one another on social media, sending each other silly text messages, bonding over video games, loving up on their pets and just sitting in each other’s company. Their relationship was filled with joy, laughter, tears, an abundance of support and most importantly love.

With the family’s permission: We are collecting donations to relocate Karleesha from her home, where her daughter's tragedy took place.

100% of our collected donations will go directly to her relocation fund.
