Our hearts are completely broken. On May 10, 2026, beloved 51-year-old mother, Karima Terry, passed away entirely unexpectedly. She leaves behind her four children: Makayla, Kaliyah , Kanye, and Lyric.

Karima was the rock of the family, and absolutely nothing could have prepared anyone for this devastating loss. Because this happened so suddenly, Karima did not have any financial arrangements or savings set up for her final wishes.

This GoFundMe is set up to help cover the immediate costs of her cremation and to organize a meaningful celebration of life to honor her memory.

Beyond the funeral expenses, this loss has placed an immediate financial burden on the children. With their mom gone, Makayla is now taking care of her younger sister full-time.
