Support for Kari H & Family

I am writing this on behalf of my dear friend, Kari H. Kari & her husband have been in full time ministry for many years, serving overseas through missionary aviation. Recently, Kari found out that her husband has been unfaithful to her.
He has since left her and their children. Needless to say, Kari is in shock, as she was completely caught off guard. As you can imagine, she is totally devastated and is dealing with the trauma of being cheated on and of being abandoned. The family is grieving the loss of their father figure in the home and the life they once knew.
Kari has been left to figure out how to start life anew, alone, with her kids, back in the United States. Currently, her biggest need is a home and vehicle. Her sister has opened up her family's home in Tucson, as a temporary place for Kari and the kids to stay. Kari's niece, who is a real estate agent, was able to locate a fixer upper home in Tucson, which, in the end, will cost much less than paying a monthly rent payment. The house has recently been signed for, but needs a new tile floor, cabinets, counter tops, paint, and the list goes on.
My husband and I will be heading to Tucson, AZ, to assist with as much work as we can, and the family is hoping to find some help with labor, as well, but ultimately we need to raise funds to make the necessary repairs. We would love to make this house a place for the kids to call home and a haven for them to begin their healing process. As a friend who loves Kari, I am asking that we show her she is loved by donating funds to begin the process of getting this house into a livable (and lovable) condition.
Please note that the amount that is listed below DOES include the labor costs for the professionals we will need to hire to do certain aspects of the repairs. Kari is not one to ask for help, so I am asking on her behalf. I humbly thank you for whatever you can give; no donation is too small! Blessings!
