For several months, Kanyarat has been suffering from a rare and extremely painful illness that has caused her abdomen to become extremely distended.

Contrary to popular belief, she is not pregnant: it's a serious abdominal condition that is causing her abdomen to grow abnormally, preventing her from walking, sleeping, or even breathing properly.

Doctors suspect a massive accumulation of fluid in the abdomen (ascites) or a significant abdominal tumor. She is currently being monitored in the hospital, but her treatments and medical tests are very costly for her family, especially in her home country (Thailand), where access to specialized care remains limited.
