From a Grieving Mother’s Heart – In Loving Memory of My Baby Girl, Kaniyah

On November 28, my life changed forever. I lost my beautiful baby girl, Kaniyah Grace Wilson, at just 8 months old. There are no words that can truly explain the pain my family and I are feeling. My heart is completely broken.

Kaniyah was such a happy baby. She was always smiling, rarely fussy, and full of so much love and light. She had the sweetest spirit and could brighten any room just by being in it. She brought so much joy to our home and so much happiness to her brother and sister, who loved her more than anything. She was truly the heartbeat of our family.

Losing her so suddenly has left us in shock and unbearable pain. This is a tragedy I will carry with me for the rest of my life. No parent should ever have to bury their child.

I am asking for help to lay my baby to rest with the dignity and love she deserves. We are trying to raise $8,000 to cover:

• Baby casket

• Burial plot

• Grave digging services

• Baby’s burial outfit/dress

• Funeral home services

• Transportation for final arrangements

• Any remaining memorial and burial-related costs
