We are so grateful to God for the miracles! Our dear friend Kania Kennedy suffered a stroke on June 30th which affected her memory, speech and paralyzed her entire right side. After spending  nearly 2 weeks in the ICU, we are so thankful that she is at home and starting her recovery. She will continue to go through rehabilitation and therapy for several months and we are praying for a full recovery for her speech and memory. Kania is an entrepreneur and Kania's life mission has been to promote spirituality, health and wellness to everyone. Since her memory is comprised due to the stroke, she will be unable to work for a while. As a way to help offset her expenses, we are requesting love offerings to help our sweet friend/family member. The funds will be used to pay for her copays for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and doctors appointments. In addition, the funds will help with her living expenses such as utilities and food.  All funds will be transferred directly to Kania's bank account to help her during the course of her recovery.Thank you again for your support. (My name is Tameka Strong and Kania is my best friend. We met almost 30 years ago when we were freshmen at University Liggett School outside of Detroit Michigan. We attended Duke together, pledged Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc and have enjoyed over friendship through the past few years. I convinced Kania to move to Atlanta 6 years ago.)
