Within just one day, her condition worsened — she became severely anemic and weak, and we were faced with the heartbreaking reality that treatment was far beyond what we could afford and would not give her the comfort she deserved. On October 20th, we made the most difficult decision any pet parent can face — to let Kali go peacefully rather than suffer. She passed surrounded by love, comfort, and gentle hands, but our hearts are shattered. Kali wasn’t just a pet — she was family. She filled our home with warmth, love, and her one-of-a-kind personality. Losing her so suddenly has left both an emotional and financial strain on us.
