Hello, my name is Sara Ledwith. I am the youngest sibling of Alison Ledwith. I have started this GoFund for my nieces Kailah and Karli Easton and my sister's loving partner John Easton. On Tuesday morning, our family experienced the unimaginable- The loss of a mother, sister, partner, daughter, aunt. I am hoping this fundraiser will help my nieces & brother in law as they lay my beautiful sister to rest.

Alison faced a long-term battle with scleroderma and other autoimmune illnesses, and throughout her journey, she devoted herself to advocating for others and spreading awareness with relentless dedication. On Tuesday morning, Alison's body could no longer bear the fight of these conditions. My hope is that we not only raise money but also spread awareness of autonomic dysfunction & illnesses as Ali would want.

Alison loved her community, family and Adirondacks. Whether it was berry picking, spending time in the lake and rivers fishing or simply sitting in the sun, this was her home. We sincerely appreciate the kind words and support. I will share memorial announcements as soon as they are arranged.
