Kacey Van Ness was a husband, a father, a brother, a grandson. He served his country as a member of the Coast Guard. He was shot while at work driving an armored truck. Kacey had a full life, yet he was taken too soon with cancer. He leaves behind his wife Debbie and their 11 year old son Kevin.
