I am reaching out on behalf of my husband, Justin. As many of you know and we have been married for nearly 25 years and have built a beautiful life providing for each other and our

daughter.

​Right now, Justin is facing a serious health challenge that requires multiple urgent maxillofacial surgeries and a comprehensive medical restoration. I want to be very clear that this is a critical medical necessity to address chronic pain and prevent systemic infection; it is absolutely not for cosmetic reasons.

​We have spent the last several weeks exhausting every possible avenue at our disposal to handle this ourselves. We have researched every option, but unfortunately, between the high cost of specialized surgery and our current financial situation we are left in a major financial and health crisis that we simply cannot bridge alone. It hurts our pride to ask for help or ask you to help bear our burden but we humbly ask you to donate if you have the means to.
