As you all know my brother Junior Aviles has been in the hospital for the past 17 days him and his family live in the small town in Michigan called Gladstone. He has been through two major surgery due to a Aortic Dissection if people don't know what it is it is your main Aortic Vein that has a tear and we almost lost him,but thanks to God and my sister-in-law Sarah he was rushed to the hospital with tremendous chest pain and was flown out to a major Hospital in Wisconsin. He is a loving and dedicated father and husband as you all well know my brother is funny loving and caring to help out with his hospital bills that is over $200,000 dollars and no health insurance we are asking from our family and friends to help out his family in this time of need.
