As it has been for many others, my family has been struggling since the start of the pandemic as both of my parents have been unable to work since then. My brother was in a car accident around a year ago that has limited his ability to work as well. Within the past few weeks, my mother was diagnosed with stage III colorectal cancer. My father and brother have been making sure my mother is eating well, getting exercise, and resting properly. She will soon begin the chemo and radiation therapy and will be under the process for the next 6 months.

Due to these adversities, it has been tough for our family to stay on top of our financial needs. While my father and brother are taking care of the issues at home, I am currently away at college finishing out the semester. Making this gofundme is one way that I can help as I want to be able to help my family in any way possible. So the funds will directly go to my parents, and hopefully it will provide them some ease financially. 

My parents have always been kind and hard working people and it is unfortunate that we are dealing with the current circumstances.
