On Thursday, May 14, 2026, my wife began experiencing mild abdominal pain. By Saturday, May 16, the pain had intensified, sending her to the emergency room with sharp, unbearable discomfort. We were heartbroken to learn that doctors had discovered a 4-inch tumor in her ovaries, which had attached itself to her uterus. The news was devastating, and we knew we were about to face one of the most challenging times of our lives.
On Monday, May 18, she underwent surgery to remove the tumor and all affected areas. The procedure resulted in a total hysterectomy, and now she is beginning the long road to recovery. Doctors confirmed stage 3 ovarian cancer. We have two small children—our oldest is just two years old, and our youngest is six months. Balancing their needs with my wife’s recovery has been overwhelming, and we are doing our best to stay strong for our family.
The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward covering our living expenses, including rent, groceries, and bills. With my wife unable to work and our family’s resources stretched thin, any support we receive will help us focus on her healing and caring for our boys. We are aware that life spares no one from painful hardships at any age, and as a small family of four, we are extremely grateful for any support and prayers received. James 1:1-5 offers us comfort and hope during this trial, reminding us that perseverance through faith can bring strength and wisdom. Thank you for considering our family and for any help you can offer.
