Support for Juan's Family After His Loss

Donation protected
This is my first time writing something like this, so please bear with me.

It’s with a heavy heart that I share the news of the passing of my older brother, Juan. On the morning of Sunday, July 13, he suffered a heart attack, and despite the paramedics’ best efforts, they were unable to revive him.

For those who knew Juan, you know he was full of life. His laugh was contagious, his spirit was generous, and he was always the life of the party. If there was a reason to celebrate—or even if there wasn’t—he’d be the first to crack open a beer and make everyone smile.

Juan leaves behind his beloved wife, Esmeralda, and their eight children: Juan (28), Carlos (25), Ismael (22), Joel (22), Vanessa (20), Josue (17), Bella (11), and Isaac (3). The youngest six still live at home. Juan was the primary provider for his family, running his own trucking company with help from Carlos and Joel. Vanessa is currently attending Columbia Basin College in the Tri-Cities.

As you can imagine, this sudden loss has left his family not only heartbroken but also in a difficult financial situation. We are kindly asking for any support you’re able to give toward funeral expenses and helping his family as they begin to navigate life without him.

If you’d like to join us in saying goodbye to Juan, we’ll be holding a memorial service on Tuesday, July 22, from 1–4 PM at Kayser’s Chapel and Crematory in Moses Lake. A funeral mass will follow the next day, Wednesday, July 23, at 10 AM at Our Lady of Fatima, also in Moses Lake.

Thank you for keeping our family in your thoughts during this incredibly difficult time.
