Support for Juan the Neighborhood Gardener

Today, we witnessed a terrible and shocking incident happen to our gardener, Juan Lopez. While he was working on our yard,  two males in a van drove up and stole gardening equipment off his truck. Juan ran to try and stop them and, as they sped away, they hit and dragged him along the street, leaving him bleeding on the ground.

We called the cops and ambulance, and Juan is now in the hospital. We are in touch with his wife and the latest update is that he is currently in surgery due to a bad brain hemorrhage. We are so devastated and hoping to help Juan and his family however we can. We are dedicating this GoFundMe page to raise money for his medical bills (he does not have insurance) and to replace his stolen equipment. Anything you can contribute would be greatly appreciated to support this hard-working, kind, family man who is an integral part of our North Hollywood/Burbank community.
