On November 13, 2025, Juan Raynaldo Chavez, a beloved son, brother, and father from Petaluma, CA, lost his life in a tragic car accident at just 26 years old. Juan was born on December 5, 1998, and leaves behind two beautiful daughters, Eliza Reina (5) and Luna Natalia (1), who were the light of his life. He is survived by his mother, Adelina Moreno, father, Juan Chavez Diaz, and sisters, Isis Gonzalez and Yasmin Moreno. The sudden loss of Juan has left his family and friends heartbroken, struggling to come to terms with this unimaginable tragedy.

Juan’s family is now facing the overwhelming challenge of planning his funeral and finding ways to support his young daughters as they grow up without their father. The funds raised through this campaign will help cover funeral expenses and provide much-needed support for Eliza and Luna during this difficult time.
