Support for Josies healing and medical bills

On January 14th while on duty, Josie began to experience issues with her balance and vision. She was sent to the ER where they discovered a tumor in her brain that was the cause of these issues. She was admitted to the hospital and quickly scheduled for brain surgery to remove the tumor on Monday the 18th.  As we all expected, she did amazing through surgery and they removed as much as they could. We are still waiting on some answers regarding what the next steps are for Josie, but for now she is home with her family and healing from surgery.

Part of the healing process includes a very strict diet of high quality, nutrient dense foods. This adds up quickly and is expensive. In addition to this, though the bills are not here yet, there will be medical expenses that will need to be taken care of.

If you know Josie, there is no doubt you have experienced her loyalty, love, and support of everyone around her. She is selfless, kind, and a joy to be around. She is a servant to her community, and has dedicated her life to protecting and serving all of us as a police officer.  Its our turn to rally and support this amazing woman and take some of the burden from her.
