My name is Josh, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing a severe fungal sinus infection that has completely changed my life. This illness has caused me to lose four teeth, part of my jawbone, and part of my cheekbone. I also have a hole in the roof of my mouth for drainage. Because of this, I’m unable to work and need daily IV medications, which are extremely expensive.
