Our 1 year old nephew Nathaniel was rushed to the hospital on Friday, December 5th. Despite heroic efforts by staff at Eagle Grove EMS, Clarion Iowa Specialty Hospital, and Blank Children’s Hospital; he passed away on Friday, December 12th.

Medical and after care services have already been generously taken care of. Donations will be used to cover unknown expenses that could arise and the remainder will create a foundation to support rural communities in improving medical preparedness.
