With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved father, Jose Nivardo Sifuentes Agudo, who passed away on December 16, 2025, after a long and difficult battle with complications from Alzheimer’s disease.

Jose was the epitome of a family man. He devoted his life to his loved ones and would do absolutely anything to help and protect his family. His love, strength, and generosity were evident in everything he did. He leaves behind his loving wife, five children, and eight grandchildren, all of whom are devastated by his loss but forever grateful for the memories and lessons he gave them.

Alzheimer’s is a heartbreaking disease that takes both an emotional and financial toll. Throughout his illness, our family accumulated significant medical expenses and debt while doing everything possible to care for him with dignity, comfort, and love. We are now facing the unexpected costs of burial and funeral arrangements.

We have created this GoFundMe to help cover burial and funeral expenses, as well as outstanding debt incurred during his battle with this disease. Any donation, no matter the amount, will help ease the financial burden on our family during this incredibly difficult time. Con el corazón lleno de dolor, compartimos el fallecimiento de nuestro querido padre, Jose Nivardo Sifuentes Agudo, quien partió de este mundo el 16 de diciembre de 2025, después de una larga y difícil lucha contra las complicaciones del Alzheimer.

Jose fue el verdadero ejemplo de un hombre de familia. Dedicó su vida por completo a sus seres queridos y siempre estuvo dispuesto a hacer lo que fuera necesario para ayudar y proteger a su familia. Su amor, fortaleza y generosidad dejaron una huella imborrable en todos los que lo conocieron. Le sobreviven su amada esposa, cinco hijos y ocho nietos, quienes hoy lloran su partida pero agradecen profundamente cada recuerdo y enseñanza que les dejó.

El Alzheimer es una enfermedad devastadora que afecta tanto emocional como económicamente. Durante su enfermedad, nuestra familia enfrentó altos gastos médicos y acumuló deudas mientras hacíamos todo lo posible por brindarle el cuidado, la dignidad y el amor que merecía. Ahora nos encontramos enfrentando los gastos inesperados de su funeral y sepultura.
