Support for Joseph Dixon
Donation protected
On Tuesday March 30th, my husband Joseph Dixon underwent spine surgery. During the procedure there were complications that have resulted in major left side paralysis and minor right side paralysis.
He is now wheelchair bound and will have to endure years of therapy and treatment in hopes to regain function.
He was hospitalized from March 30th through May 5th. On May 5th he was discharged from the rehabilitation center. I have taken a Medical Leave of Absence to be home with him during this time.
He has undergone Physical and Occupational therapy since May 26th as an outpatient. It has been difficult transferring Joseph to and from these therapy appointments due to lack of accessibility.
We need help and support in making or home accessible for Joseph during his road to recovery, and currently our home and vehicles are not equipped for Joseph's needs
Your donations will go towards medical expenses, purchasing a wheelchair lift and ADA modifications to our home.
Thank you for your support, thoughts and prayers.
Updates will be provided as to Joseph's Progress.
