Jose Marcos Urdiera passed away in a tragic worksite accident on November 13, 2025 at Fairbanks Ranch in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. Marcos had just turned 51, leaving behind his wife and 4 children with the youngest being only 2 years old.

He was an amazing friend, co-worker, employee, husband, father, grandfather, brother and everything else you can imagine. He is truly irreplaceable and is dearly missed by everyone who had the pleasure to meet him. Marcos always put 100% into whatever he was doing and would put others before himself in a heartbeat.

During this unfortunate time, we ask that we come together as a community to help the Urdiera Family. Marcos was the primary provider for his family and it is difficult to imagine their hardship. We hope that together we may ease some of their burden by helping them meet their immediate necessities.
