José Aguilar Manzo was a loving father of five, a devoted husband, and the life of every gathering. He passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on May 19, 2026, leaving behind his wife Rosa—who is currently not working—and their 10‑month‑old twin daughters, MariJose and Maria Fernanda, in Mexico, as well as three children—Kimberly, Esdras, and Cristian—here in the United States. José was known for his infectious laughter, his love of music, and his ability to bring joy to everyone around him. Whether he was joking in English or Spanish, or listening to his favorite singer Bruno Mars, José made every moment memorable. He cherished family time, often taking Kimberly and Esdras to fun places in Raleigh and spending time with the Holidais Ayala Family. His warmth and humor touched many lives, and his absence is deeply felt by all who knew him.

José was also an excellent tour guide in Veracruz, Mexico, sharing his love for the region and its culture with visitors and friends. His enthusiasm and knowledge made every outing special.

Rosa and her family have always been there for each other, offering love and support through every challenge. José was especially excited about the twins, MariJose and Maria Fernanda, and took great joy in watching them grow. His pride and happiness in his family was evident to everyone who knew him.
