Our dear friend, Jorge Victoriano (George), who many of you know from his many years working for various Poll brothers' restaurants, primarily Cipollini and Toku, was placed on life support due to organ failure. Jorge passed away Friday July 31st at 7:30pm.

Jorge was an amazing person and a great family man. His warmth and caring for people are unmeasurable. Everyone he touched while providing amazing service was warmed by his passion and dedication. His smile lit up the room, and he treated his customers like family.

We are raising money to support his family during what will be the most difficult time of their lives.
