Support for Jordan’s Recovery After Accident
Donation protected
We did not want to take this route because we do not want to seem like we are begging for money. However, a lot of people have asked how they can help and don’t feel comfortable doing so through cashapp. After several people told us to consider this, we decided what can it hurt but try.
On June 23rd, our lives changed in an instant when my husband Jordan was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident. He suffered severe injuries, including both broken arms/hands/wrists and more than 15 fractures to his face. Since the accident, Jordan has been unable to use his arms at all and is facing a long, painful recovery. Eating is a daily challenge, he can only have puréed foods and has already, lost a lot of weight. Beyond the eating he needs full assistance with every aspect of daily life.
We have two young children, Mariah (7) and Jordan (4), who are about to start school in just a few weeks. With Jordan unable to work and me taking time off to care for him and our kids, our family will soon be struggling to keep up with mounting medical bills, doctor fees, and the costs of physical therapy. On top of that, our vehicle payments and everyday expenses have become overwhelmingly noticeable. We’re doing everything we can to keep life as normal as possible for our children during this difficult time, but our little family definitely feels different.
We’re reaching out for help to cover Jordan’s ongoing medical care, therapy, and our family’s essential needs while he recovers. Any support will make a real difference for us as we navigate this challenging road to healing. Thank you for keeping our family in your thoughts and for any help you can give.
