Jonathan peacefully transitioned into the arms of his heavenly Father on December 4, 2024. He was 27 years old and lived a life full of happiness, surrounded by loving family and friends. He had the most beautiful smile that will be greatly missed!

This fundraiser was created to support our beloved friends and Jonathan's parents, Mary and Mike Jeffrey. This money will be used to support them during their time of grief, to help with expenses as well as funeral services.
