Saturday, April 15th, my brother was in a motorcycle accident. There was a blind curve and we believe the oncoming van was in his lane, he slammed into the side of it. He doesn't remember anything after impact. He hit so hard that his helmet flew off, and his left ankle was shattered. They had to amputate mid-calf down, something that will forever change his life. He also has a concussion and a fracture in his neck so he will be in a neck brace for the next six weeks. My heart is broken for him and his two kids. He is the kindest, most giving and most thoughtful human being. This is going to be a long journey for him, but I know he's going to do great. He has an amazing friends and family circle and this support is going to get him through this. We are setting this up to help with medical bills, prescriptions, prosthetics and lost wages since he will be out of work for several weeks. Any help will be greatly appreciated, he started a new job and his insurance does not kick in until May.
