Hello, my name is Alexia Hartkopf, and I am a former student of Jon Lerner.

On Saturday, April 26th, 2025, Jon Lerner unexpectedly passed away, leaving behind his wife Jillian and two twin daughters, Adeline and Rosalind.

Jon Lerner touched many students' lives as a science teacher, not only sparking the interest of science in many students like myself, but also sparking a love for our Earth and environment. He was always available for any of his students in need and always went out of his way to make sure his students succeeded. He was kind, caring, and made an impact on everyone who knew him.

I am organizing this GoFundMe to help support Jill and his two daughters, to try to provide some relief with funeral costs during this shocking time for his family.
