During his regular business hours on the corner of Washington St and Court St in downtown Binghamton on Sunday, July 26th, Jon Holmberg (owner of Vibes Rolled Ice Cream) was assaulted leading to injuries requiring an ER visit and subsequent surgery.  Due to being newly self employed and unable to work because of his injuries and recovery time, Jon is in financial need.  Please help our favorite ice cream man!!!! ❤️
