He underwent emergency surgery and showed remarkable strength in his recovery, but soon after, he suffered another stroke on the opposite side. John is now on comfort care, and his family is preparing for his passing, which is expected very soon. Throughout his life, John was a dedicated truck driver, a loving family man, and a person of faith. His resilience and spirit have touched everyone who knew him.

John’s final wish was to be placed with his mother in California, and the family is doing everything they can to honor that.
