John and Nancy Price have been married for nearly 32 years and have raised 5 children together. They’ve gone through many challenges in those years but have also experienced lots of joy. They are in need of your love and support right now.
In September their son, Greg, nearly lost his life when he suffered a severe stroke while living with John and Nancy during the pandemic (from which he is now recovering). In November, John and Nancy were faced with yet another health challenge: John was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
Neither John nor Nancy are currently able to work due to both the economic crisis unleashed by COVID-19 and John’s pancreatic cancer diagnosis. In addition to caring for John, Nancy is also caring for her father, Elwyn, who moved in with John and Nancy in December, as well as their daughter, Sophia, who has Down’s Syndrome.
Anyone who knows John and Nancy knows that they are two of the hardest working people on the planet. The last thing they want to do is ask for financial support and they have held off asking for quite some time, but they are running out of savings and really need help with home repairs, food, living expenses, and lingering medical bills during this time of treatment and intense caregiving.
As teachers and artists, John and Nancy have lived their lives in service to others. They have touched the hearts of many people in their community and given everything they had to ensure that their children received excellent educations and the opportunity to follow their dreams. They are in crisis and need your support.
