Hello everyone. About 10 years ago, I was surprised by something I wasn’t quite sure what it was. I wasn’t even sure it was happening until friends and co-workers started telling me about it and asking if I was okay. Not long after, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder due to extreme stress in my life and a lot of loss. I did my best to hide it and keep it a secret, but eventually people found out and distanced themselves from me. I had multiple job losses due to the illness and have struggled to make it in business for myself. I just can’t work as well as I used to be able to.

With all the setbacks, hospitalizations, therapy, and doctors appointments all happening at bad times, it has put me in a spot financially where I’m worried I’m going to lose my house. I just keep falling more and more behind, and I’ve pretty much hit the lowest point in my life. Please understand this is extremely difficult for me to do—I’ve never asked anybody for anything, but I could really use some help. The illness keeps progressing over time, which means more meds, new meds, and 90% of them make you feel terrible. It takes time to find the right ones, and my savings has run out of time.

If I can raise some money, it would take some pressure off, which means less anxiety to deal with. It’s hard to explain how bad it gets—it can be crippling. I intend to keep working as much as I can, but I can’t do what I used to be able to. Any help would be greatly appreciated and would also be a morale boost knowing you cared enough to help. Funds will be used for only monthly bills, medical bills, therapy and whatever else the doctor orders I’ve had insurance that didn’t pay for everything for many years all the copays just added up and was a big part of my financial situation. thank you for your generosity.
