In a matter of minutes, they lost everything they owned—clothes, household essentials, precious keepsakes, and the place they called home. Their children and animals are safe, but the shock and sadness of losing all their belongings have been overwhelming for the entire family. It’s hard to imagine starting over from nothing, but that is the reality they are facing right now.
