Support for John Henry Alfonso's Funeral

On behalf of his mom and extended family, I am raising funds to support the unexpected funeral costs of our beloved friend, John Henry Alfonso III.

On Wednesday, April 9, John unexpectedly passed from a blood clot—a complication from a recent shoulder surgery he had undergone—at the age of 28. Since his passing, we, alongside his family, have been working tirelessly to end his chapter in New York and get him back to his loved ones.

John was an exceptionally smart, funny, and beloved individual. Always there with a joke, he was an unrelenting bright spot in our day-to-day lives. John had a pretty small circle, but those who were lucky to know him are now tasked with the incredibly painful honor of remembering him and carrying his memory with us in his absence.

These funds will help his family cover the costs of his celebration of life. We are incredibly grateful for any amount you can give.
