Hi, my name is Darlene and I am raising funds for my nephew John Casey. John is a loving son, husband, brother and father of two beautiful little girls. John was admitted to a local hospital on New Year's eve after his third trip to the ER, being misdiagnosed twice. Exploratory surgery was performed on January 6th and a cancerous tumor was removed from his colon. After a biopsy of his liver, they found out that he has stage 4 colon cancer which has spread to his liver and lymph nodes. John started immunotherapy at Fox Chase Hospital in Philadelphia on February 3rd. John is not able to work while he is undergoing his treatment and his wife Gabrielle works part-time to help with the finances when she can. This has been very difficult because their children are so young and she is caring for John as well. There will be many expenses that will be very difficult for them to afford such as travel expenses back and forth for treatment, medical expenses to cover his treatments along with possibly another surgery. John has been a good provider for his family but he has a long road ahead of him. We are asking for your kindness and generosity to help John and Gabrielle on their journey. We know that things are very difficult for everyone at this time. Any help would be very appreciated. We are also having a Spaghetti Fundraiser on April 15th in addition to this Go Fund Me.
