Joanna and I have been friends since we were kids, and I’ve seen firsthand the kindness and strength she brings to everyone around her. Recently, Joanna’s world was turned upside down when her husband passed away suddenly. The shock and heartbreak have been overwhelming, and she’s now facing not only the emotional toll but also the financial challenges that come with such a loss.

Joanna is now responsible for covering funeral expenses, managing living costs, and figuring out what to do with the house she and her husband recently bought. It was a fixer-upper they hoped to turn into a home together, but now Joanna is unsure how to handle the repairs and ongoing expenses on her own. These unexpected costs can be a heavy burden, especially during a time of grief. I want to do everything I can to help ease some of that stress for her, so she can focus on healing and remembering her husband.
