It is with heavy hearts that I share that my husband lost his battle with mental health. Above all else, he was a father. He leaves behind children who loved him deeply and depended on him for their everyday needs. Right now, they are grieving the loss of their dad while trying to adjust to a world that feels completely different. In addition to the emotional weight of this loss, we are facing immediate financial responsibilities — memorial and service expenses, ongoing daily costs of caring for his children, and travel expenses to help close family members get here to say their goodbyes. Groceries, bills, and basic needs continue, even in the middle of heartbreak.
Asking for help is not something that comes easily to me. I have always tried to handle things on my own. But for the sake of the children and to give our family the chance to come together during this time, I am humbly reaching out. If you are able to give, please know that every contribution will go directly toward supporting his children, covering memorial costs, and helping family members travel to be here. If you cannot donate, your prayers, encouragement, and sharing this page truly mean so much.
And to anyone reading this who may be silently struggling with mental health — please know that you are not alone. Your life matters. Your presence matters. There is help, even when it feels impossible to ask for it. Please reach out to someone you trust or a professional. You are worthy of support. Thank you for helping us carry our children and our family through this painful season. With gratitude, Sally
