A lot of people have been asking how we’re doing with the recent flooding in Austin. Thankfully, our home, yard, and neighborhood were spared — but one of my team members, Jim, wasn’t as fortunate.
Jim’s home in Liberty Hill was completely flooded. He and his family had to evacuate by boat, rescuing their pets and animals in the process. It’s hard to imagine the stress and loss they’re going through right now.
From the day he started working with us, Jim has been incredibly hardworking, respectful, and dependable — the kind of guy who shows up and gives his all, every day. He’s truly a good man, and now he needs a little help.
I’ll be covering Jim’s pay this week while he takes time to recover and deal with this tragedy, but if you feel it on your heart to give — even $10 or $20 — it would go a long way toward helping with dog food, groceries, and other essentials they’ve lost.
Thank you so much for your kindness, and please share this if you feel led to. Every little bit helps.
