On Friday, April 3rd, 2026, tragedy struck at the Cave Creek Bike Week when a drunk driver crashed into another truck, several motorcycles, and three pedestrians. Jill and her good friend, John, were among those seriously injured and are still hospitalized. Jill and her husband have one daughter, and Jill is known for her love of cooking, riding motorcycles, fishing, and being active and helpful. She enjoys movies, with Tombstone being her favorite, and she always goes out of her way to help friends and family, no matter what time of day.

Since the accident, Jill's husband Darrell has been by her side, caring for both Jill and John at the hospital, picking up and dealing with their wrecked vehicles, and managing communication with doctors and loved ones. Darrell has taken leave from work to support his wife and friend, which has placed additional financial strain on their family. The funds raised will help cover living expenses and medical bills during this challenging time, allowing Jill and her family to focus on healing and recovery.

April 9 Upate. Jill is still in the hospital and is doing well. When well enough word is she will move to a rehab center.
