Help Me Lay Jesus Christopher Machuca to Rest

On August 13, 2025, my dad, Jesus Christopher Machuca, passed away unexpectedly due to a tragic event. As I begin to face this next chapter of life without him, my heart is focused on giving him the peaceful and dignified goodbye he deserves. I’m asking for help to make that possible.

My dad was a brilliant and creative soul—someone who lit up every room he walked into. He had a huge heart and a spirit that was unforgettable. He was the kind of person who could make people laugh, who could dream big, and who truly loved deeply.

But like so many, my dad also carried a lifetime of trauma and pain. Those struggles led him down some hard paths in life, but they never erased the goodness in him. He was more than his mistakes. He was human, complex, and loved.

I want to honor both the light and the truth of who he was. He mattered. And I want to lay him to rest in a way that reflects that.

Right now, my family and I are struggling. We’re doing everything we can, but we need help to raise the money for his funeral and burial expenses. Any donation—no matter the size—truly makes a difference. Every dollar brings us closer to giving my dad the goodbye he deserves.
