My name is Cody and my partner Jessica has been in a lot of pain these past few months. After many trips to the doctor's office we couldn't figure out what was wrong until they finally scheduled an MRI. After 1 look at the MRI results, the doctor immediately told us that she needs to have surgery right now. So, she had the surgery, but now we are in substantial medical debt. If that wasn't bad enough, we recently had both of our vehicles break down and are trying to figure out how to get to work and to get her to her physical therapy when Uber costs so much. We are also homeless because we cannot afford rent for 3 people and are trying to work with the school to get our son to finish his last 2 years of high school. We tried to avoid asking for money by selling what we owned to keep our heads above water, but we can't hold out much longer and decided to make a GoFundMe to see if anyone could help us to cover our overwhelming medical bills, car repairs, and hopefully enough money to cover a down payment on a cheap apartment so we can get back to a normal life again.
