Jessica (Jessy) Alejandra Addanki was a woman of pure heart and strong will. The Reyes and Sandoval family are truly devastated to have lost such a beautiful soul. Having been the first born daughter of Alma Sandoval & Jorge Reyes, Jessy was an affectionate sister above all and pioneered her siblings towards college credentials by being the first to graduate with her bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies from California State Los Angeles University. Jessy completed her degree while working as a Special Education Paraprofessional for the Los Angeles Unified School District where she continued to work in Special Education as a fully certified educator after having earned her degree. Jessy brought her affection into the classroom, caring and loving her special needs students like a mother cares for their child.
Jessy married Pavan Addanki in 2021, and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Her little girl became the daughter of a loving and devoted mother and wife. Caring and loving others came naturally to Jessy – she tended to her daughter, cared for her special needs students, and fostered shelter dogs to prevent their untimely euthanasia. Her affection left a mark on those around her and she was a bleeding heart for anything with a beating heart. Jessy was a mother, a wife, a daughter and a sister, a cousin, a niece, a devoted teacher, and friend to many. She was known as a bright light, charismatic and lively, bringing positivity to both her classroom and the spaces around her. With all the roles she played to those in her life, being a mother was her favorite role, endlessly doting on her daughter alongside her husband.
Jessy’s life came to an abrupt end on June 07, 2024 after being pronounced dead by medical professionals following a ruptured aneurysm. Her sudden death has left her two-year old daughter without her mama, her family in disarray as Jessy’s strong will and pure heart lays in eternal rest. It is with a heavy heart that our family is asking for both emotional and financial support during this time. Jessy’s death happened so suddenly that there was no time to prepare for arrangements, no one could have known that her time was coming so soon. Any help is appreciated, our family thanks you for taking the time to read about our sister, daughter, and wife whose absence will be felt permanently.
