Jerry was diagnosed with cancer six years ago, and since then, he and his family have faced an unimaginable journey. After nearly a month in in-patient rehab, Jerry returned home in September, where he continued to fight with the help of Home Health nursing and physical therapy. Despite his determination and hard work, Jerry’s health has taken a turn for the worse. Just this week, he was rushed to the hospital, and the family received the devastating news that the cancer has rapidly spread to his spine and other areas. Jerry is now home on hospice care, surrounded by his loved ones.

Throughout this journey, Jerry’s wife, Brandi, has been his unwavering caregiver, stepping away from work to be by his side. Their child is still at home, and the family is facing staggering medical bills and daily living expenses. With both Jerry and Brandi unable to work, the financial hardship has become overwhelming.
