Dear co-workers, friends, family, and kind strangers,

                My name is Bryan and I am Jerry’s manager at Firestone Walker Brewing Company. 

Jerry has been a member of the Firestone Walker family for nearly 10 years!  I have had the pleasure of working with him for the last 4 of those.  Jerry is one of the most genuinely kind people I have ever worked with.  He always jumps in to help those that need it and always has a smile on his face.  His good heart and positive attitude are infectious and lift the spirits of those around him.

                The last couple months for Jerry have been very difficult.  He started having a lot of discomfort and feeling unwell.  He left work 10/15/20 and ended up needing to go to the ER that day to have fluid drained from his abdomen.  In the couple weeks since, Jerry has found out that his liver is failing, and that he ultimately will be needing a transplant.  Soon Jerry will be heading to Stanford to start the testing and classes necessary to get his new liver.

                This is the beginning of a long process, that will be difficult physically, mentally, and financially.  All funds raised will go toward mitigating costs of Medical bills, medication, living expenses, and travel for Jerry and his family.
