Jerome was a very devoted father and family man. Our family is devastated by his passing. Jerome was a military kid who was born in Texas and was a huge cowboy fan. He loved life and was a great friend. He loved to play jokes, have fun, and love to make people laugh and smile. You might of seen his story on the news. This breaks our hearts.
