On February 17th, our family was shaken by the unexpected passing of Jeremy. This loss has left a hole in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him.
Jeremy was many things- a dad, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He loved in his own way, and those closest to him understood the depth of that love. Above all, he adored his children — Allie, Aubrie, Averie, and Oliver. They were his world. Whether he was cheering them on, making them laugh, or simply spending time together, being their dad meant everything to him.
Jeremy also loved being out on the softball field as a coach. He poured his time and heart into the kids he coached, creating memories and bonds that will never be forgotten.
Unfortunately, we recently learned that the life insurance policy through his new employer is believed not to take effect until March 1, 2026. Because of this, Jeremy’s family is now facing unexpected funeral expenses during an already devastating time.
This is not something we ever imagined having to do, but we are humbly asking for help from our community to cover funeral costs. Any funds received beyond the funeral expenses will go directly to his children to support them in the days and years ahead.
We are deeply grateful for the overwhelming love, prayers, texts, calls, and support shown to our family — especially to Kayla and the kids. Your kindness means more than words can express.
If you feel led to give, any amount is appreciated more than you’ll ever know. If you prefer to help in another way, donations can also be sent via Venmo to @StephanieFey.
Thank you for surrounding this family with love during such an unimaginable time.
