My name is Niki Sims. I am part of a team of coaches all around the world - we are Barbell Logic. This week, our teammate and his family (his wife and pets) lost their home in the Altadena Fires. Everything is gone. They all made it out safely, for which we are all so grateful.

Let us help Jeremy and Caroline navigate this crisis and support them. They wouldn't ask for it themselves, and we know they are strong.
